Galie Benshoshan
Founder
Galie represents clients in a broad range of real estate matters, with a particular focus on corporate and real property transactions.
She counsels owners, developers and operators on how to best comply with administrative regulations, as well as land use and development issues. She helps managing corporate and securities transactions, including sophisticated real estate structures and joint ventures.
Galie also has experience in the industrial and multifamily residential sectors.
Before Sutton Law Group
Prior to forming Sutton Law Group, Galie practiced at a range of boutique and big firms in both New York and California.
Galie held multiple internships during law school, including with a real estate development and property management company and with the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, Standing Committee on Eyewitness ID.
Galie also served as the president of the Jewish Law Students Association at Boston College Law School and was a member of the Business Law and Real Estate Law societies. Galie also participated in the Lawyers Clearinghouse Clinic, the Boston College Innocence Program and the nonprofit organization, StandWithUs.
